We had a wonderful time in Washington and New York City.

Everyone in the group fell in love with Joyce – she is excellent and truly brings history to life – even for those of us who feel like we are history!

Richard is a case and had us walking twice as far as we thought we were able. He loves NYC and filled us with that same excitement.

The meals were all excellent! The Tavern on the Green was amazing…

Eric was one of the best drivers we have had in our 24 years of doing tips with this group. His patience with the wheel chair went above and beyond the usual!

You just totally outdid yourselves for us.

…For the first time, this year, I, the oldest of us Ancient Mariners, opted to consider using a service to assist. Your company was recommended by The Reunion Network.

When I first contacted you I was favorably impressed…upbeat demeanor, can do approach, willingness to compromise and I could go on. Having yet to make up my mind…I was sending RFPs to a number of hotels and after reviewing would make a decision. MARS (Mid-Atlantic Receptive Services) came in with the best and bolstered it with statements such as you would do all the “knitty gritty” so that I could enjoy the reunion along with my shipmates instead of running around and checking on the loose ends. I took the bait.

And I’m so happy I did. Everything fell in place, there were no hitches, the bus was there, excellent tour guides met us, they were expecting us at our meeting places, meals were as you had planned. I for the first time ever when I was “in charge”, had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tours and events – which I did.

…you have set a wonderful standard. Thank you!
